Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is the process in which the organization identifies training and development needs of its employees so that they can do their job effectively. It involves a complete analysis of training needs required at various levels of the organisation.
As per the HRDC’s TNA Scheme, firms conducting TNAs will receive a refund of an amount equivalent to 25% of their eligible Grant Refund subject to a ceiling of:
- Rs 75,000 if the TNA is conducted by certified In-house resource persons approved by the HRDC and
- Rs 150,000 if the TNA is conducted by an outside firm/consultant approved by the HRDC.
